ELPIS Network Meeting 2017 |

Lublin, 21 of March 2017

Dear ELPIS Colleagues,

As we agreed on ELPIS Meeting in Lisbon we are ready to host ELPIS Annual Meeting from 1st till 3rd of June 2017 in Lublin.

We suggest that participants would come to Lublin on 1st of June (or even day before). This day we preparing meeting with major of the city and welcome dinner given by the major.

Nowadays to Lublin you could take a plane via Munich and London Luton (everyday flights), London Stansted, Eindhoven, Oslo Torp and Stockholm Skavsta (twice a week or three times a week). The best way to come to Lublin it would be to take plane. In other cases we will advice alternative conections.

The 2nd of June it could take place a main meeting and at 3rd we would offer a tourist program.

We send registration form attached. We also suggest to choose selected hotels listed below:

They are located near the law department in the building where the meeting will take place

The 2017 ELPIS network meeting will take place in Maria Curie Skłodowska University, Lublin – Poland, from the 1st to the 3rd of June 2017

The main meeting is programmed to take place on the 2nd of June .

The 3rd of June will be a touristic day.

From the 3rd to 4^th of June “the night of culture” will take place in Lublin. There are theater performances and other cultural events happening in the center of Lublin.

How to get to Lublin

The best way to get to Lublin is to take plane to Lublin Airport. In other cases, alternative connections can be advised.
